Often new year’s resolutions focus on establishing good physical health habits. But rarely do we start by asking, “How can the physical, mental, and social aspects of my life help support my spiritual life?” or conversely, “How can my spiritual life help support my physical and mental health?”
Join Dr. Michelle for a retreat day at the Ananda Sacramento Forest Hermitage where we’ll not only consider these important questions, but also focus on how to make our new years’ resolutions have real sustaining power that supports our highest aspirations. Please bring a journal and walking shoes (we’ll walk outdoors briefly, weather permitting). A delicious vegetarian lunch will be served. Please indicate if you have any dietary restrictions when you sign up.

We’ll meet at 8:30 a.m. at the church parking lot to carpool to the Forest Hermitage. The retreat will end around 4 pm and we will return to the church parking lot a little after 5 pm.

$45 to $100 Sliding scale fee for the day, which includes a vegetarian lunch, as well as coffee, tea, and snacks throughout the day.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel two weeks before the retreat, you will be given a full refund, if you would like one. 7 days before the event, a 50% refund can be given. Within 7 days before the event, no refund is possible since food planning and food purchases have already taken place.
