Deepen Your Understanding of Yogananda’s Teachings with Dharmadas, Nirmala, Michelle and Suryadas

A 3-week series based on Yogananda’s book, “How to Awaken Your True Potential”
It’s important to review the basics periodically to reinforce our foundation of Yogananda’s liberating teachings. This spring and summer we will be offering classes that help bring in new ideas and reinforce what you already know of the fundamentals of yoga.
This class series will help you to:
~ Cultivate positive habits
~ Get rid of limiting habits and attitudes
~ Use the tremendous power of the mind
~ Incorporate spiritual teachings into your daily life
This class series will be offered on Thursdays, April 18, 25, and May 2
