Restorative Yoga with Nalini

Experience deep relaxation through Ananda yoga poses that have been modified to allow us to rest in them for longer periods of time. Through deep breathing while in these poses, we are able to release deeply rooted tensions held throughout the body, this promoting healing and a restoration of vitality and inner joy.
Nalini is certified Ananda Yoga instructor who truly believes in Yoga principles, and endeavors to live by them in her everyday life. In her classes, she focuses on incorporating breath to relax the body, to calm the mind, and to bring each individual deeply inward.
