Wednesday Ananda Yoga with Alan

Ananda Temple 10450 Coloma Road, Rancho Cordova

A new yoga class is taking place on Wednesday afternoons from 4:15 to 5:30, taught by Alan, a recent graduate of the Ananda Yoga program. The classes will be held at 4:15 pm in the temple sanctuary. The cost is $12 to drop in or $35 for the month. No prior experience with yoga is needed.
