Group meditations are a powerful way to deepen our individual meditation practices. They are helpful for those who are new to meditation and those who have been practicing for many years. In group meditation we join our energies together which allows us to exponentially deepen our focus, concentration and devotion.
At this time, we are offering one in person meditation per week, the Purification Ceremony, which takes place on Sunday mornings from 9-9:45am at our temple in Rancho Cordova. We also offer a Monday evening 30 minute online guided meditation (7 – 7:30 pm). Stay tuned, as the pandemic winds down more group meditation opportunities will be added.
