Guided Meditation with Suryadas and Chandi

Join Ananda Sacramento online on Monday evenings at 7 pm for a free half-hour guided meditation. Suryadas and Chandi will lead you through the process of relaxation, breath control, inner concentration, and expansion of consciousness.
The practice of meditation brings us peace of mind, stress reduction, and a deeper sense of well-being. These guided meditations are well suited for people who are new to the practice of meditation as well as seasoned meditators.
Ananda’s meditation classes are based on the teachings of Paramhansa Yogananda, who wrote the spiritual classic Autobiography of a Yogi. The techniques we offer are universal and well suited to people of all spiritual inclinations and backgrounds.
These meditations are about 30 minutes long and will include a short chant, relaxation techniques, watching the breath, visualizations, and time for simply sitting in the stillness.
