Monthly Friday Evening Meditation

Join us for this Friday evening group meditation that takes place on the last Friday of each month. You can join us in person at the Ananda Temple in Rancho Cordova, or on our Youtube channel. 

We’ll begin with a prayer and some chanting, followed by silent meditation. We’ll end with healing prayers and sending the light of our meditation out into the world through the power of Aum. 

Suryadas and Chandi will lead us this month.
