Tai Chi with Alan

Learn the ancient art of Tai Chi. Tai uses fluid, grounded movements that develop calmness, balance, and coordination. Alan studied under Tai Chi Grandmaster William Chen. No prior experience is needed. Classes will take place on Sundays, at 3:00 pm in the temple yoga room, and will last about one hour. Payment is on a donation basis and goes to the temple for use in the yoga room. $8 per class is suggested.
