Yoga for Bone Strength with Alan: A Five-Week Series

Class dates are on Wednesdays at 4 pm: August 7, 14, 21, and 28.
In this special five-week class series, you will learn yoga techniques that are scientifically proven to increase bone density — even if you have osteopenia or osteoporosis. Whether you are physically active or have never done yoga before, if you want to improve your bone health, this class is for you! Yoga also improves our strength, balance, and flexibility, making everyday activities easier, and preparing us for deeper meditation. Alan is a certified Ananda Yoga instructor with additional training in Yoga for Seniors and Bone Health. Class size is limited, and the class is expected to fill. Early signing up is encouraged.
